The Rent To Own Program

carries a wide range of quality, name-brand equipment at affordable prices. We
know that owning your own Total Diving System is essential to your comfort,
safety and the enjoyment of Scuba Diving. With that end in mind we want to make
it easy for you to acquire your Life Support Package as quickly and painlessly
as possible. That is why we developed
our Rent To Own Program.
Our goal with this
program is to give everyone the opportunity to purchase equipment that fits
their needs and desires without having to sacrifice on quality or go through the added
expense of buying "transitional equipment" (or as we sometimes hear them
called "Starter Kits") that needs to be replaced some time down the road
because you just did not have the coin to buy all the right stuff the first
time.
With our Rent To Own
Program you will be able to buy what you NEED and WANT the first time you
purchase. Which means in 5 years you won’t have all those useless pieces of
equipment cluttering up your garage that you purchased as "transitional" or "Starter" pieces to get you
through until you could afford the "right" piece of equipment you wanted in the
first place.
How the program works: Select any pieces of equipment that total $1000.00 or more and make a down payment of at least $100.00. Sign our contract that will define the equipment you've chosen, how much you've put as a down payment and what amount you will pay each month and you are set. Now as long as you make your monthly payments on time you will pay no interest at all. While you are paying off your equipment and your account is current you may use our rental equipment (of the kind your buying... i.e... if your buying a regulator on the Rent To Own Program you can use our rental regulators free of charge as long as your making your payments on time.) You must reserve any needed equipment at least one week prior to checking it out. However, please remember our classes do take precedent and get priority scheduling in the unlikely event of a conflict.
Once your equipment is paid in full, we will order your brand new equipment from the manufacturer, we will assemble and bench test the equipment to ensure that it meets or exceeds our own and the manufactures specifications. You will come to pick up your equipment and we will schedule a time for the appropriate equipment orientation class where you will be shown how to care for and maintain your new Life Support Equipment.
Please note also that if the cost of an item changes while the equipment is being paid for the customer will be responsible for any additional cost of said equipment. Likewise, if the equipment goes down in price, the customer's cost of said equipment will be lowered accordingly.
